Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am to 5pm (Flexible, part time)

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee operations within our dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, event planning, and human resources. This role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, vendor relations, and maintaining a professional front desk. The Office Manager will also handle bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and training responsibilities to support the overall success of our organization.

Able to wear many hats and go with the flow.
Attention to detail and being precise in tasks.
Good organization and cleanliness of work area.
Experience with heavy truck licensing, DOT requirements, permits and regulations.
